Warranty and Legal Guarantee

Moono Jewelry’s handmade fashion jewelry is not covered by the mandatory statutory warranty applicable to certain durable consumer goods. However, our products are covered by the legal warranty rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws. Detailed information can be found in Section 7.2 of the General Terms and Conditions.

Under warranty liability, the Seller is responsible for ensuring that the product was free from defects at the time of sale, including any hidden defects that may only become apparent later. Warranty claims may be submitted upon presentation of proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Warranty claims cannot be accepted in the following cases:

• Damage resulting from improper use, misuse, accidental damage, or negligent handling (including breakage, tearing, oxidation, discoloration caused by contact with water, etc.).

• Changes to the surface of the jewelry caused by exposure to strong chemicals or cosmetic products (such as perfume, hairspray, soap, lotions, or other cosmetics), including discoloration or corrosion.

• Normal wear and tear resulting from everyday use (such as scratches, scuffs, or abrasion).

Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

The right of withdrawal may apply to the entire order or only to selected items within the order. To access the withdrawal form, please click here.

If you would like a different colour, shape, or model instead of the purchased item, exchanges are also available within 14 days, subject to product availability. For exchange requests, please contact us at the e-mail address above.

In both cases, we can only accept products returned in their original, undamaged condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
