PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. Bank transfer:

After placing your order, you can choose bank transfer as a payment option. You have 5 business days to complete the payment. If the payment is not received within the given deadline, the order will be considered cancelled and will be deleted.

You will find all necessary payment details on the website and in the order confirmation email.

2. Online payment methods:

In the Moono Jewelry webshop, the following online payment methods are available via Stripe:

Credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

Please note that most items available in the webshop are made to order after purchase. Therefore, orders with in-store pickup can only be collected after prepayment. Orders are prepared and delivered to PRIZMA Designer Store after the payment has been received.

SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping within Hungary:

1. MPL Home delivery - 1.990 HUF

Delivery is handled by the Hungarian Postal Service (Magyar Posta). You will receive notification about the delivery via SMS and/or email.

2. FoxPost or Packeta parcel locker pickup - 990 HUF

You will be notified about the arrival of your parcel via SMS and email. You can collect your package from the locker using the pickup code provided in the message.

Please note that for parcel locker deliveries, you must enter the selected locker location (name/address) in the “FoxPost / MPL / Packeta parcel locker address” field.

3. MPL locker pickup - 990 HUF

You will receive notification about the arrival of your parcel via SMS and email, and you can collect it from the locker using the pickup code provided.

Please note that for parcel locker deliveries, you must enter the selected locker location (name/address) in the “FoxPost / MPL / Packeta parcel locker address” field.

4. In-store pickup – free of charge

Personal pickup is only available at PRIZMA Designer Store in Budapest during opening hours

Opening hours: Mon–Fri: 11:00–19:00, Sat: 11:00–15:00, Sun: Closed

New orders are delivered to PRIZMA every Monday. If your order is urgent, feel free to contact me, I’ll do my best to prepare it sooner if possible.

PREPARATION TIME

Some of my jewelry pieces are not kept in continuous stock. Each piece is carefully made by hand after the order is placed and the payment has been received. The creation time is 2–5 business days. Your jewelry can only be shipped once this process is complete. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

EXCHANGE, REFUND AND WARRANTY

Exchange and refund:

You may return or exchange your purchased product within 14 days of receipt. In both cases, we can only accept items that are returned in their original, undamaged condition, together with the invoice. For more detailed information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Warranty:

All jewelry pieces come with a 3-month warranty. In case of a defect, I will repair your item free of charge within 3 months of purchase. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for damage resulting from improper use, in which case the free repair service is no longer applicable.

Please note that Moono Jewelry pieces are fashion jewelry. According to Government Decree 151/2003 (Hungary), jewelry is not considered a durable consumer product; therefore, it is not subject to statutory warranty. However, we do provide warranty coverage for manufacturing defects. In case of warranty claims, the seller is responsible for ensuring that the product was delivered in flawless condition at the time of sale, meaning it had no hidden defects that only became apparent later. Warranty claims can only be validated with proof of purchase (invoice).

Warranty does not apply in the following cases:

Damage caused by improper use, careless handling, or user-related accidents (breakage, tearing, oxidation or discoloration due to contact with water, etc.)
Surface changes caused by exposure to strong chemicals (e.g. perfume, hairspray, soap, cosmetics), including discoloration or corrosion
Wear and tear from everyday use (scratches, abrasion, fading)

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Moono Jewelry pieces are made with stainless steel elements to help prevent discoloration after just a few wears. However, they also include more delicate materials, so please read the following care instructions to ensure your jewelry brings you joy for a long time.

All Moono pieces are suitable for everyday wear when used according to these care instructions.

Proper use guidelines:

Please do not wear your jewelry in the following situations:

While performing physical work
During sports or intense physical activity
While swimming, bathing, showering, or washing dishes
In thermal baths, swimming pools, at the beach, in saunas, or tanning beds

Please avoid exposure to:

Chemicals and cleaning products
Strong sunlight, excessive heat, moisture, and mechanical impact
Any creams, cosmetics, or perfumes

Cleaning: Jewelry can be cleaned with a slightly damp, soft cloth.
